About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their mission of empowering patients with chronic kidney disease. The CPO will be the senior-most HR executive, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that drives high performance and aligns with the company's business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader who can architect a culture of performance, lead change management initiatives, and ensure the organization's HR function is optimized for efficiency and user experience. Key responsibilities for the CPO include serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, leading strategic HR initiatives, and driving a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years' of HR leadership experience, particularly in high-growth, decentralized environments. The successful candidate will be adept at talent acquisition, total rewards, and employee engagement, with a proven track record of implementing HR strategies that deliver measurable business results. They should have strong analytical skills, the ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams, and a commitment to promoting a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Experience in a healthcare services or similar industry, particularly in scaling teams beyond 1,500 members, is strongly preferred.
