Job Description What You'll Do: Conduct investigations related to workplace relations, legal matters, and ethical concerns. More About the Role: This position reports to the Senior Counsel, Labor & Employment, and collaborates with Ethics & Business Conduct and other stakeholders. Conduct complex investigations and lead organizational assessments on workplace relations, legal, and ethics issues. Work with Legal, HR, Ethics, Security, Finance, and other partners. Coordinate with the Vice President of Litigation and Investigations. Provide training and resources on conducting investigations to HR, ethics, and related departments. Advise managers and employees on policies and building positive relations. Support other initiatives as needed. Travel domestically and internationally as required. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, tactful with all organizational levels and external counsel. Ability to document investigative findings clearly and analytically. Experience partnering with legal, ethics, management, and HR on workplace matters. Trustworthy, committed to ethics, and able to handle confidential information. Knowledge of employment laws (State and Federal) and regulations (ADA, EEO, FMLA). Understanding of government contracting ethical standards. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and risk identification. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent planning, organizational, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 6 years of progressive HR/ER or Ethics & Compliance experience, including 3 years in investigations or employee relations. Preferred Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish. Experience with EEO claims and drafting position statements. Pay Information Salary Range: $113,080 - $192,280 Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and more.
