Job Summary

As a Sr. People Operations & HRIS Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and analyzing our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure effective HR Operations. You will lead HRIS projects, working closely with HR professional to enhance system capabilities, streamline processes, and provide data-driven insights to support organizational goals. Our Human Resources team is dedicated to ensuring effective HR operations and your contributions will be instrumental in achieving this goal.

Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Management: Maintain the HRIS (ADP WFN) and related systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • System Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements and upgrades to the HRIS to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Data Entry: Support heavy data entry for the employee life cycle, optimize and automate entries where applicable, upload mass changes, and support system updates.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, migrations, and integrations with other HR and business systems.
  • User Support: Serve as a point of contact for HRIS users, providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Reporting: Develop and generate customized reports and dashboards for HR and management, ensuring timely delivery of critical data.
  • Compliance: Support annual compliance reporting and surveys. Manage quarterly compliance training. Perform internal and external audits of HR processes and documents, including hiring, terminations, compensation, payroll, and compliance training, when applicable.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align HRIS capabilities with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS processes, procedures, and changes for compliance and training purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience as HRIS Specialist or Analyst with multiple HRIS including ADP WFN.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics or related degree preferred.
  • Must have implementation experience and expertise in report generation and customization.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR data and metrics, strong excel skills preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to problem solve.
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and security.
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.

Compensation Range: The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $133,300.00 - $183,000.00

The actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

SiTime compensation packages includes base salary, bonus based on achieving your innovation goals and equity.
